The best steak to me means a well marbled, piece of beef that weights in at least a pound. While this is the ultimate debate amongst men, grill masters, and chefs alike. you will find some say the ribeye meat is the superb selection while others argue that nothing beats the filet Mignon. I will always recommend a bone it rib eye, cowboy steak, scotch steak, how ever you want to name this well marbled piece of meat and that's the key word there, well marbled, which means you can see the fat lines all through out the steak and when prepared right the meat will melt like butter. For those who are not familiar with the cut, think of prime rib, rib roast, BBQ beef ribs, this is the rib eye meat while the beef ribs are the "bone in" bone part.
